Tomorrow is Day 1 of the 10 Leaves 30*30.
I have been lax the past couple of months, but tomorrow will get back into full exercise mode.
Which means, yog in the morning before sunrise, and karate in the evenings, with some bodyweight exercises thrown in.
While the target is 30 minutes per day, my aim will be to at least double that.
I do have a solid background in these matters, but for those who don’t….it’s not as tough as it sounds.
For starters, a brisk walk early in the morning and late in the evening, 15 minutes each, will do!
You can also try out some of the simple exercises listed here.
Men can start with 10 proper pushups, 10 squats and 10 sit-ups, followed by shavasana.
Also, before walking in the mornings, try prānāyāma – 10-12 minutes is more than enough for starters.
And don’t complicate it – keep it simple, non-gym, and believe that it is making a difference.
You will see the results in 30 days.
