A day of pain…

To desecrate is shameful, but is lynching justified?

What God or greater power can condone such behavior?

Is faith driven by what signifies the greater truth, or the Greater Truth itself?

How does man come to such emotional nadirs, when taking the life of another is seen as justifiable in the name of faith?

Surely the great truth, God or however you know him or her, does not feel the “peace” of such retribution.

What happened to deliberation, to the great debates of Adi Sankara and Mandana Misra – that signified the acceptance of multiple points of view and put forward their justifications?

How can we be so blind, yet claim to be in the company of those who are liberated?

A day of shame, of intolerance, and pain.
