The good news and the bad news…

Apparently, I am leading the 30*30.

That’s good news and bad news. Good because, well, I am 45 years old, the oldest in my firm by far, and still leading. The bad news – well, I am 45, the oldest in my firm by far, and still leading!

Also, before I started the 30*30, what I had in my mind is a different picture of how it would play out. Nearly halfway into the process, I may be leading, but not necessarily in a direction that I wanted to go.

Which goes to show, how the end does not always justify the means.

I am unable to wake as early as I want to (thank you Rohāmrta), I am not able to do as much traditional body weight training, and I haven’t logged in even one session of Karate. No, this is not the way I wanted to get this done.

Every day is a new day, a new challenge, and a fresh way of approaching what you have been doing. That is what helps us grow. And so I will keep trying. That I win the 30*30 may be an ego boost, but surely not a healthier me.

And that is what I set out to do – so, let’s focus on the objective rather than the result:)

See you tomorrow!
