What I didn’t manage to say though, can usually not be conveyed that easily, can only be felt, and to reduce it to mere letters would be an injustice to the feeling and too much to ask from a language.

So fitness month chugs on, and roadblock No. 1 has been hit. It’s hard to keep up momentum for the full-30 day period, so one should induce artificial lags in between so as to energize oneself for harder workouts the next day. Today was one such lag, though it surely was not artificially induced. Nevertheless, clocked in 44 minutes, but not very satisfactory ones. Time to return with a vengeance tomorrow!
