Moderate exercise today as well. The body needed today to recover and prepare for the heavy exercises tomorrow. The sweet pain lingers, and reminds me of the karate days…those days of crazy training, and no money for the specialized diet that such training demanded.
Now, there is the affordability, but the youthful energy is found lacking.
Some people have been asking me tips – what can we do to reduce weight they say. Odd thing to ask someone who spent a better part of his life trying to put on the pounds:))
An easy answer would be – eat less, eat right, eat on time, and stop eating what gets difficult to digest with age.
And stop the sugar.
This again, coming from a person who had not A sweet tooth, but a set of 32! I stopped sugar (in all its forms) a couple of months back, and the results are just amazing. And with my banishment of white rice, I have seen a completely different me in just 15 days – yes! That’s all it takes, once you decide to get it right:)
