Today was rest day.
You must be wondering – but I just started yesterday!
Well, technically, I started on Sunday, so that’s two days already – 1.5 hours per day.
Today, clocked in a minute under 60. But mostly light to moderate exercise.
Which in my head is as good as a rest day:)
One new thing I did today, is to take a 20 minute walk outside the house post dinner. Now that the weather is pleasant, I feel that this will be a welcome addition to the routine. Too early to say, but I have heard that it does wonders for your digestion. Let’s see.
Am also in the market for a rower machine. Rowing is an all-body workout and easy on the back, the only problem is that it takes up quite a lot of floor space…although there are some rower machines nowadays that can be stood up once done.
As you can see, two days into the process, and the mind is already exploring new ideas:) Exercise does that to you – to frees up brain space, makes you feel more energetic, and even the pain fees like you have achieved something. So well, go ahead and start, if you haven’t already!
