Maniac Monday was expected, but reality was a bit better. I was able to breeze through work, with not too many distractions. Did spend a lot of time on the desk and the phone though.
And so Day 3 of the fitness challenge called for a slightly different strategy. Shifted to three workouts of around 10-12 minutes each, brief bursts of activity with stretches and around 80 pushups thrown in. Worked well, reached targets yet didn’t disturb the flow of work too much.
The objective is not the 30 minutes, as much as it is to get into the habit of being in exercise mode when you can. We all try to hide behind the excuse of lack of time, but surely, sneaking of 10 minutes every now and then is possible isn’t it?
Went to the Marina Warehouse sale in the evening – picked up a lot of the good stuff at decent prices…go check it out.
